If you are reporting a bug or technical issue, including the following information will help us resolve it faster:
- Device and browser: For example, "iPhone 15 running Safari" or "Windows 11 using Chrome 120."
- What happened: Describe what you were doing when the issue occurred. Were you playing a daily challenge, using multiplayer, or viewing the leaderboards?
- What you expected: Tell us what you expected to happen versus what actually happened.
- Screenshots: If possible, include a screenshot or screen recording. Visual evidence helps enormously.
- Error messages: If you saw an error message, please include the exact text.
Common Requests
Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, email us from the address linked to your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 72 hours and send a confirmation once complete. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Username Changes
If you would like to change your display name on the leaderboards, email us with your current username and your desired new username. We will verify your identity and make the change within a few business days.
Feature Suggestions
We love hearing ideas from our players. If you have a suggestion for a new game mode, feature, or improvement, send us an email with "Feature Request" in the subject line. While we cannot implement every idea, we review all suggestions and many of our best features have come directly from player feedback.
Leaderboard Issues
If you believe there is an error on the leaderboards or suspect unfair play, please report it with as much detail as possible. We take fair play seriously and investigate all reports.
Response Times
Pigs & Bulls is maintained by a small independent team. We do our best to respond to all inquiries promptly:
- General questions: Within 48 hours
- Bug reports: Within 24 hours for acknowledgment
- Account requests: Within 72 hours
- Feature suggestions: We read all suggestions but may not respond individually
